PMO is built for Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.10. No mods are required, and the resource pack is built into the world download/automatically linked on the server.
Custom sounds/music run primarily through the "Record (Jukebox & Note Blocks)" channel, with the exception of blue ice sound effects (Blocks) and the lobby music (Hostile Mobs).
The first player to log in to the world will receive a book with useful operator commands.
Races can be run with minimal oversight, either in singleplayer or on a server, with configuration options available for multiplayer.
